My childhood best friend’s dad was a huge Garfield lover, who had made a reference to Liz’s name being short for Lizard. Due to the fact that I love lizards, and share a name with Liz from Garfield, naturally, that nickname just stuck for us. Many years later, I discovered my love for wood burning. So I thought the best name choice would be The Burning Lizzard!

Every order is made to order; we don’t have a back stock of inventory to pull from. Once the order is placed, we will begin burning your order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for shipment, as everything is hand burned.

We can do both! If you have a favorite photo you want to make into a wood burning, we will sketch it out onto a piece of wood and quadruple check to make sure it’s as accurate as possible! If you have an image in your head that you want brought to life, we will be sure to check in at each stage of the process, from sketching it out on paper to burning it to your wood, and everything in between!
